Yeah I was skinny regardless, but I think my stomach has flattened thanks mainly to the excerise since I haven’t really changed my eating habits, instead I only ate more protein.

So far,so good

Starting to notice a change in my butt, more curvy and it ‘pops’ out more. Abs are flat but not as toned as I want them yet but baby steps :)

Calves are lovely and toned, much thanks to yoga and lunges.

Curvy Ambitions

Katy Perry’s Breasts: now don’t get me wrong, for a girl of my height ( 5 foot, 8.5 inches) and my weight (123 pounds) I do have some fairly big breasts. I’m a 32C. My goal is to go up to a 34C or a 32D. Whenever I gain weight, it does tend to go to my chest so I am lucky with that. Doing pushups and working your pectoral muscles actually does help with your breasts being firm and is a way to prevent sagging. So Miss Perry’s breasts are my inspiration for my chest.

Jennifer Lopez’s Butt: The way it is in this picture, not too big, not too small, perky, full and not flat. My butt isn’t flat but it’s nothing like this either. So I’ve started eating more and doing squats and also Diamond leg lifts ( a move by Leonardo Carvalho who formed the ‘brazilian butt lift’) does wonders for your derriere.

Doutzen Kroes’ Abs:  God this woman is absolute heaven. Her abs are lovely and fit, her waist looks very nice here too. My waist is my biggest obsession (followed by my butt). I do bicycle crunches, side crunches, leg raises (laying one on side and lifting your leg up and down as high as you can, works the waist for me personally), I started up yoga again and do some cardio which is usually dancing to keep my waistline trim and my abs nice.
