I wanna say everything is fine with my health and my body but..

..It’s really kinda not. On top of my menstrual problems, I fractured my right foot. This really is not being a good week for me. The fractured foot is preventing me from working out too so I can’t do yoga to calm myself down a little. Also now the cramps are starting to come back. If everything turns out okay, I think I’ll get on birth control pills since I don’t feel 100% comfortable with a condom and pulling out alone. The only impossible part of that is my mother is highly conservative and does not think birth control is safe and will take away my ability to give her grandkids later on in the future.

I’ve given up milk. There is some logic in this even though I l.o.v.e. chocolate milk.

In order to make cows produce milk, the cows are pumped up with hormones, these hormones of course, remain in the milk that we drink. These hormones can conflict with our own hormones (by our i mean women) and that can result in problems with our acne, our hair, our periods, etc.

I’ve decided to stick to drinking Soy or Organic milk from now on.

Nutrament (not an endorsement or anything) is a meal replacement drink. However I tend to use it in between meals. It has about 360 calories and has 1/3 daily value of the 24 nutrients and minerals you need.

I like the chocolate flavor best, the vanilla is good too but If I drink too fast, like when I’m on the go, I get a bit nauseas.

This along with my normal meals does help me in my attempt to gain weight. I’m aiming for a solid 5 pounds, I’m 123 pounds right now so I think being near 130 is decent for me.
